SHIPPING POLICY (Canada Only)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order candles may require an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate: $9.50 CAD (for 1–2 candles or small orders under 500g)
• Orders over $75 CAD ship FREE
• Shipping is fully trackable and handled with care

Shipping Method

We use Canada Post or reliable third-party couriers (via Chit Chats) to safely deliver your package within 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Packaging

Your candles are carefully packed in recyclable materials, including protective wrapping and sturdy boxes. We may reuse shipping supplies to reduce waste

Delays or Issues

Once a package leaves our hands, delays due to weather, postal service volume, or remote area delivery are out of our control — but we’ll always do our best to help track or assist with issues. Just message us!
