We take pride in our handmade candles, and each one is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged (e.g., broken), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- A photo of the damage
- Your order number
We will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged goods once the issue is verified.
No Returns or Exchanges on Used Items
Due to the personal and handmade nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or opened.
Changes to Orders
Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing. We cannot make changes once your order has been processed, but feel free to contact us if there's an urgent issue, and we'll do our best to assist.
